"Recently bought a 35 yr old home in Magalia which had fungus & dryrot damage. The deck which was just under 800 sqft had settled and the dryrot/fungus was extensive. The crew did a fantastic job and took the time to do it right. Shout out to Evan, Gary, Chris, Justice & Monica. They worked rain or shine for almost 3 weeks and always left a clean worksite at the end of the day. "

"I just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for Daryl and the entire team at Hobbs Pest Solutions in Oroville, California.
Daryl is hands down one of the best service professionals I’ve ever dealt with. He is always informative, professional, respectful, and goes above and beyond every single time. Even when I run into him out in public, he takes the time to ask how things are going at my place and if there’s anything else he can do for us. That level of customer service is rare these days.
What really stands out about Daryl is that he never forgets anything. If I ask him a question and he doesn’t immediately know the answer, I can always count on getting a follow-up call or email from the office shortly after. He doesn’t just brush things off.. he finds the answer and makes sure you’re taken care of.
I’ve never once heard him say “no.” It’s always, “Yes sir, we’ll get you set up and get it taken care of.” That attitude alone says a lot about his work ethic and the company he represents.
Just today, I happened to see him down the street and asked him about broadbanding my yard. I asked if I needed to call the office and schedule an appointment, and he told me not to worry about it.. he’d call them himself and head over next. Within 15 minutes, he was at my house ready to help, and I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled.
It’s people like Daryl that make it an absolute pleasure doing business with Hobbs Pest Solutions. Great employee, great company, and truly outstanding customer service."
